We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to return an item purchased online at www.Luxiafy.com you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Luxiafy will pay for standard return shipping. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted.

Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.

If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts.
